HardyPress has certain soft and hard limits in using its service. Hard limits are automatically enforced by the Service and, once exceeded, you will not be able to deploy a new version of the site; live site will be unaffected. Soft limits, marked with *, are consumable resources that the User agrees not to exceed.
Starting from ``Professional`` plan yes, you can run as many sites as you like. The limit is enforced on the global storage size for user account.
We only count WordPress files and database dump size. Backups and static site storage are not counted towards the size limit.
Nope! When you enroll in a monthly or annual plan, you pay up-front to access HardyPress for the next month or year, respectively. However, you may cancel at any time during your billing cycle for free and you'll retain full access to that plan until the end of the billing cycle.
Sure. The charge will be pro-rated so you are only billed for the cost of the new plan less the remaining unused amount from your current plan.
When you enroll in a monthly plan, you are billed for the first month up-front and then again on the same date each month moving forward until you cancel. We offer a 2 months discount on annual plans. When you enroll in an annual plan, you are billed for the first year up-front and then again on the same date each year moving forward until you cancel.
Just drop an email to support@hardypress.com. Your subscription will be deactivated for the next renewal.
The ``Personal website`` plan gives you all the essential hosting features you need to accommodate a ``just getting started`` website or an existing small blog, personal, or business website. You will most probably outgrow this plan if you start attracting more than 10,000 unique visits per month on a regular basis or if your website needs more storage.
If you need more resources in addition to the essential features, we recommend the ``Professional`` plan. This plan is designed to accommodate either a single more heavily-trafficked website or multiple small-size websites. This is a popular plan among customers who prefer to host all their small sites in one account.
If you have a really heavily-visited or large-in-size websites then the ``VPS`` plan is your best option. The ``VPS`` customers have more server resources and are allowed to programmatically interact with the platform using our large set of REST APIs.
We can provide custom SLA, integration with SAML single sign-on and custom plans with advanced features for mission-critical projects.
